Enquiries are welcome from members of the public and from referring professionals. Applicants are asked to complete a brief questionnaire and may be requested to give the names of practitioners previously consulted by them for additional reports. Applicants then meet with a BAP Assessor to establish their suitability for the Scheme.
Fees: On-going fees range from £6 to £25 per session, according to circumstances, and a fee of £40 is payable for the initial consultation. If there is agreement to go forward, a referral is made to a BAP practitioner in advanced training.  If the applicant or the BAP Assessor is in doubt about their suitability for the Scheme, advice can be given about possible alternatives.

The BPF is one of the longest established and largest independent providers of Psychoanalytic psychotherapy and Jungian analytic psychotherapy for adults and children in the UK. Our members work in the NHS, the corporate and voluntary sectors and as private practitioners. We have been training Psychoanalytic and Jungian psychotherapists for 60 years.

CONTACT: If you are interested, or would like more information, please contact the Reduced Fee Scheme Organiser, Hannah Ward: Tel. 0118 979 9705.
